French fashion brand Jacquemus, celebrated its 15th anniversary during the 2024 f/w 'La Casa' fashion show on June 10. 24 hours before the show, Jacquemus' official social media account featured a photo of Jennie in a bright red dress. Jennie and Jacquemus, who have shown their amazing friendship through various collaborations including pictorials in the past, were enough to make people curious to see what surprises they had in store. The fashion show started soon after. Set on the southern Italian island of Capri, the star of Jacquemus' Fall/Winter 2024 runway was revealed just as the show was about to close. Appearing in an elegant black dress, Jennie graced the finale with her skillful walk and dramatic expressions, and immediately after the show, praise began pouring in for her on various fashion channels, including online.

And on the same day, Jennie also made a surprise appearance in the Adidas Originals campaign. She appeared as a model for a collection in collaboration with Adidas Originals. If you had to pick the fashion eyewear brand that is currently attracting the most attention from  GenZ, wouldn't it be Gentle Monster? Launched in 2011, the luxury fashion eyewear brand is surprisingly a Korean brand.

Gentle Monster and Jennie's first collaboration took place in 2020. The JENTLE HOME collection line, which Jennie herself designed and named, was launched simultaneously around the world, and Jennie's new foray in eyewear attracted more attention than expected. The collection is also said to have expanded the unique and bizarre beauty that Gentle Monster had previously pursued and showed a new image of Jennie who sprung forward with a unique image rather than the Jennie from Blackpink.

In 2023, Blackpink members Jennie, Lisa, RosΓ©, and Jisoo ended their solo contracts with YG Entertainment. Jennie, who later founded her one-person agency and independent label, Odd Atelier, made it official that she would continue her solo activities through Odd Atelier and Blackpink's activities with YG Entertainment.
